HopeBuddy provides custom printing and gifting services including but not limited to: mug printing, t-shirt printing, photo frames, and document printing/lamination.

All services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

We strive to accurately represent our products and services, but actual colors, sizes, and materials may vary slightly due to manufacturing and display differences.

Creating an account is optional but recommended for order tracking and faster checkout.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it updated.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be completed before order processing begins. We accept various payment methods as indicated at checkout.

Additional charges such as taxes, shipping fees, or customs duties (if applicable) will be clearly communicated before payment.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any damages or discrepancies within 48 hours.

Shipping policies, including rates and delivery areas, are subject to change.

Customized products are made to your specifications and are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged.

Standard products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receipt and inspection of returned items.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Certain items such as digital downloads, clearance items, or personalized products may be non-returnable as indicated at purchase.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of HopeBuddy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use, provided you retain all copyright notices.

Uploaded designs, logos, or images remain your property, but you grant us a license to use them solely for order fulfillment.

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content that violates intellectual property rights or our content policies.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

Prohibited activities include: submitting false information, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with service operation, or sending spam or malicious content.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must have all necessary rights to use and distribute it.

HopeBuddy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past six months.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for technical issues, website downtime, or data loss.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HopeBuddy and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, in accordance with Indian Arbitration law.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of our services.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or internet disruptions.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
